A little about Casa d'Olival...
Casa d’Olival is a wonderful escape hidden away in the Tuscan hills not far from Pistoia with easy access to Luca, Florence, Pisa and Roma. The original structure of the property was built in the 15th century and became home to a convent of Nuns.
Casa d’Olival was an XVI centuries-old farmhouse almost as old as the enchanting folk tales that animate the Tuscan hills.
Located at an altitude of about 340m, on a picturesque hill, in front of the small medieval village of Serravalle Pistoiese, and surrounded by chestnut and oak woodland, Casa d’Olival is the perfect refuge to relax and explore Tuscany.

The restored villa, thought out as the perfect romantic gateway for couples, is immersed in olive groves: a hidden jewel halfway between Florence and Lucca divided into three apartments, two of which are open to our guests.
The apartments, completely independent, equipped with all comforts and expertly furnished, offer a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.
A short drive away you will immerse yourself in the Florence of Giotto and Michelangelo, go for a stroll on Lucca’s city walls and visit the Chianti vineyards for an experience to be savoured.
Guests who prefer a more active holiday can plan excursions on various paths or program experiences that the area offers.
